Responsibilities Craft Cocktail Excellence:
Prepare and serve a sophisticated menu of craft cocktails with precision, speed, and flair.
High-Volume Service:
Efficiently manage a high-traffic bar, ensuring timely service for 100-250+ guests per shift without compromising drink quality.
Guest Experience:
Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional service, anticipating guest needs and managing bar atmosphere.
Operational Standards:
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Greet guests warmly and seat them according to service standards Present menus, recommend dishes, and suggest wine pairings Take orders accurately and communicate with kitchen staff Deliver food and beverages with precision and presentation Clear tables efficiently without disrupting guests Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure Process payments and manage point-of-sale system
Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, craft-focused establishment. 4+ years preferred
Technical Skill:
Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, classic cocktails, and modern techniques .
Efficiency:
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining composure and speed.
Professionalism:
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to hospitality .
Compliance:
Current state-mandated alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, SERV Safe). Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Background in fine dining setting is advantageous for understanding high-end service expectations.
