Part-Time/Full-Time About Us Vino Lounge is a family-owned craft beer and wine bar dedicated to offering a welcoming atmosphere, quality beverages, and exceptional service. As a mother-daughter-run business, we focus on building community, creating unique experiences, and delivering outstanding hospitality. We are looking for passionate, friendly, and knowledgeable team members to join our growing wine bar. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, sharing your knowledge of our craft beers and wines, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders and serve craft beers, wines, and other beverages.
- Provide product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of craft beer and wine, or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
