Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and answering inquiries about menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage POS systems such as Toast for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, previous cashiering or cash handling experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills necessary for retail math, cash handling, and accurate order processing. Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service practices.
