THE OPPORTUNITY

The Plaid Rabbit Speakeasy — a Craft Spirits Magazine Top 100 Craft Bar in America — is seeking an exceptional Bar Manager to lead our program into its next chapter. Situated in the heart of downtown Tyler's historic square, we are part of Heritage East, the acclaimed modern East Texas cuisine restaurant helmed by Food Network and Texas Bucket List -featured Chef Lance McWhorter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

◆ Own all facets of bar operations — staffing, training, inventory, and the guest experience from open to close. ◆ Develop and evolve our cocktail and spirits menus, pushing creative boundaries while honoring the craft that earned us national recognition. ◆ Lead content creation for our social media presence, bringing the speakeasy's story to life visually and in voice. ◆ Represent The Plaid Rabbit in national media features, videos, and press opportunities — because they are already in the works. ◆ Collaborate closely with our culinary team to ensure the bar and kitchen speak the same language of excellence.

◆ A seasoned bar professional with deep knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and bar operations. ◆ A natural leader who earns trust, commands a room, and elevates everyone around you. ◆ A creative force — excited to build menus that surprise and delight, season after season. ◆ Digitally fluent and comfortable on camera, with an eye for compelling content. ◆ Meticulous, service-obsessed, and built for the pace of a high-caliber, high-volume program.
