AM Job Summary:
This role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages in a busy banquet setting. Candidates must be confident mixing standard cocktails and delivering professional, efficient service throughout the event.
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down banquet bar stations Prepare and serve beer, wine, and mixed drinks (Titos & soda, margaritas, Old Fashioneds, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Provide excellent customer service in a professional event environment Follow all TABC and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Prior bartending experience (must be listed on resume) Valid TABC Certification required High-volume or banquet experience preferred Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled event shifts
