Bartender BPO Elks #1105 Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drink options. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at the end of each shift with accuracy. We are a drug free facility. Drug screening is a requirement of employment. This is a PT, PT position. Hours vary depending on scheduled events. Must be TABC certified. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS for seamless order entry and payment processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create an inviting atmosphere. Excellent time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of alcohol serving regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes accurately.
