Drink & Food Service:
Mix cocktails, pour wine and beer, take food orders, and serve guests at both the bar and assigned tables.
Customer Interaction:
Greet patrons warmly, offer menu recommendations, and ensure a welcoming environment.
Compliance & Safety:
Check customer IDs and monitor alcohol consumption to follow state and local laws.
Cash Handling:
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, manage tabs, and process cash or credit card payments.
Maintenance & Stocking:
Restock ice, glassware, liquor, and garnishes; wipe down counters; and clean bar tools. Requirements and Qualifications
Experience:
Prior work as a restaurant server or bartender.
Knowledge:
Strong mixology skills and familiarity with food and drink menus.
Certifications:
Valid local alcohol server training or certification (such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol).
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand and walk for long hours and lift up to 25-50 pounds.
Soft Skills:
Friendly attitude, multitasking under pressure, and good communication.
Availability:
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
