In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of garden bar ingredients. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that they have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in the food industry and possess strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly. Prepare and stock the Salad Bar according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad bar area, including equipment and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, including roles such as dietary aide, hospitality staff, or banquet service. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience in fine dining settings is a plus but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key attributes for success in this role.
