Job Description

Join our team at one of Southern Utah's premier mountain destinations. As a Bartender at our skier's lodge, you'll be the warm welcome guests get after a day on the slopes — crafting cocktails, pouring cold drafts, and keeping the energy alive in a lively, mountain lodge atmosphere. You'll work alongside a tight-knit hospitality crew in a setting that's as stunning as it is fun. What you'll do Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and consistency Greet and engage guests, creating a warm and welcoming après-ski atmosphere Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift Process transactions accurately using our POS system Verify guest age and comply with Utah DABS regulations and responsible alcohol service laws Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service Assist with opening and closing bar duties, including inventory counts Contribute to a positive team culture in a high-energy, high-altitude environment Must be at least 21+ years of age 1-2 years of bartending or bar-back experience in a hotel, lodge, or restaurant setting Current Utah TIPS or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain before start date) Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, beer styles, and wine basics Strong communication and guest service skills — friendly, professional, and quick on your feet Ability to work a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays (peak ski season) Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
