Restaurant Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed to maintain seamless service. Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining environment; banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Toast POS; familiarity with cashiering and food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts without compromising quality. Knowledge of food safety standards, alcohol serving regulations, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math scenarios confidently. Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is desirable; night club or catering background can be advantageous.
