The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar or during special events such as banquets. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests. Requirements Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems (Toast POS experience is a plus), and retail math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of guests. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
