Summary As a Barback at Taboo Pizza, you will support our bartenders and enhance the overall guest experience by ensuring the bar is well-stocked and organized. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Restock supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed. Help with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. Support the team during busy periods by providing prompt assistance to bartenders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and service. Engage with customers to enhance their experience while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Qualifications Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team. Familiarity with Revel POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
