Fine Dining Bartender

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet the Members in a friendly and professional manner. Knowledge of fine wines preferred. Through knowledge of traditional cocktail recipes and mixology techniques. Maintain a clean, organized and professional bar. Knowledge of modern cuisines is preferred. Completion of assigned opening and closing side work. Work independently and collaboratively, be punctual and well groomed. Uniforms are provided. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management; complete safety training and certifications. Other duties as assigned or as required to ensure that the Members have a positive and above satisfactory dining experience.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS
: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, must have or be able to acquire a State of Utah food handler's certification within two weeks of employment. Must have a valid alcohol server training certification recognized by the Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (UDABC). Must be at least 21 years of age.PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1- 2 years of previous bartending experience required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Wages start at $17.00/hr- $19.
