What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years experience in an upscale dining restaurant, cocktail bar or fine dining establishment. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits and beer. Maintains a clean and an organized bar. Manages inventory and assist with ordering and stocking. Follow all state and local alcohol service regulations. Work closely with management and service team to ensure smooth operations.
