As a Bartender, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages to our guests. Your role will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections. Ensure a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Maintain a strong knowledge of our drink menu, ingredients, and special offerings. Handle cash and payment transactions accurately. Follow responsible alcohol service policies to ensure the safety and well-being of guests. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, making each guest feel valued and well taken care of.

Must-Haves:

Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment. In-depth knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
