Part-Time / Full-Time We are looking for a reliable and energetic Bartender to join our team in downtown Blacksburg. The ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can provide great customer service while keeping the bar organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Check customer IDs and follow all Virginia alcohol service regulations. Take drink and food orders accurately. Handle cash and POS transactions. Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized. Restock liquor, beer, mixers, ice, glassware, and other supplies. Monitor alcohol inventory and notify management when items are running low. Work closely with Servers, Hosts, and other team members during busy hours. Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety procedures. Complete opening and closing duties for the bar. Qualifications Previous bartending or bar experience is preferred. Knowledge of common cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor is preferred. Must meet all Virginia legal requirements for serving alcohol. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Able to work evenings and weekends. Pay:
