casual dining setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport to enhance their experience. Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets, catering events, or busy shifts. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to educate guests on beverage options. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while managing time effectively during peak hours. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Familiarity with Toast is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in alignment with business demands. A passion for the food industry, hospitality, and delivering exceptional service is essential.
