Bartender/Server

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, taking orders, answering questions about drink offerings, and providing recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor customer consumption levels to promote responsible drinking and ensure guest safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a bar setting. Ability to handle cash transactions efficiently with attention to detail in cash handling practices. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by business needs. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
