Job Description
Seeking a daytime server/bartender. Must be over 21 with basic bartending experience, and/or the ability to follow drink recipes. The daytime server/bartender often works FOH alone, with a manager on-site to offer assistance as needed. Shifts are typically available Tuesday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm. The ideal candidate can work 4-5 days/week, with the flexibility to switch days based on the needs of the restaurant. Additional hours are possible if you have the ability to work evenings and the occasional Monday. Starting hourly base pay is based on experience and level of on the job training needed, minimum base pay will be $12.77/hour plus tips. Tips are shared between FOH and BOH, which have been averaging $10-13/hr on top of your base pay. Pay increase possible after 60 days of employment for someone who is interested in a shift lead/key holder position. The right person will be friendly and outgoing, a fast learner or experienced individual with attention to detail, communicates well, someone who takes initiative, and has a passion for customer service. Prior bartending/restaurant experience is required. Knowledge of Virginia craft beer & cider preferred. Applicants need reliable transportation.
