Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments efficiently and securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance the guest experience. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beers, wines, and bar supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume settings; hospitality industry experience preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while multitasking across multiple responsibilities. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing inventory counts. Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures is preferred. Experience in food service or restaurant environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
