Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Whether working in a high energy event, elegant fine dining setting, or lively banquet event, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier customer service while managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Operate Square POS system to process transactions swiftly and accurately while handling cash and credit payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills during busy hours. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment promptly. Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices at all times. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Square POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus for managing large groups or special events. Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume shifts. Familiarity with beverage crafting is advantageous for creating specialty drinks.
