Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and personalized recommendations. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of each shift using retail math skills. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-intoxication. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service, preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and billing accuracy. Previous experience in banquet service, catering events, or retail food industry is a plus. Must demonstrate strong communication skills and teamwork orientation in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or restaurants.
