Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and related products Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end using retail math skills Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during events or busy nights Support catering or banquet functions by setting up bar stations and providing attentive service in high-volume settings Skills Proven experience in food industry settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments with a strong focus on customer service Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to perform basic math for transactions, tips calculation, and inventory tracking Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Experience in retail math, brewing processes, or catering services is a plus for versatile support roles Join us to bring energy, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere to every guest!
