Lead Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and consistency, ensuring each drink meets high-quality standards. Lead the bartending team by providing training, mentorship, and support to foster a motivated and efficient work environment. Manage bar inventory using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to track sales, monitor stock levels, and place orders when necessary. Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed in accordance with health regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and handling cash or card transactions with proficiency in POS systems. Oversee night club or banquet bar operations during events, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment, while adhering to food handling standards. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with brewing or food industry trends is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events; strong teamwork skills are essential for success.
