As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience through your knowledge of mixology and friendly demeanor. If you have a passion for the art of bartending and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including organizing supplies and sanitizing surfaces
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service practices are followed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Act as the manager on duty when on shift in the absence of the bar manager ```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant required
- Knowledge of
TEND POS
system is a plus- Strong math skills for calculating orders and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
