Overview Are you a talented mixologist with a passion for crafting extraordinary cocktails? Join our team at Milk & Honey , a New Orleans themed Southern Brunch destination, where we specialize in mouth-watering slow-cooked favorites. As a Bartender , you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, serving up artfully crafted drinks to our guests while providing an unforgettable dining experience. Bring your expertise and join us, where you'll elevate our bar program with your exceptional skills and immerse guests in the spirit of Southern hospitality. Responsibilities Craft extraordinary and visually stunning cocktails, showcasing your artistic flair and mastery of mixology. Create an immersive and enchanting experience for guests, leaving them mesmerized by your captivating personality and exceptional service. Engage guests with charming anecdotes, captivating stories, and genuine connections, fostering a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. Demonstrate expertise as a beverage ambassador, sharing in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails to delight and impress our guests. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in presenting cocktails, elevating the overall visual appeal and reflecting our commitment to excellence. Stay ahead of trends and innovations, continuously expanding your repertoire of signature cocktails and techniques to surprise and delight discerning guests. Qualifications A minimum of 6 months experience. Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages. Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays. Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law). Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive arm and hand movements. Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 30-40 pounds (e.g., kegs, ice bins, cases). Manual dexterity to pour, mix, garnish, and handle glassware safely. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Tolerance for exposure to noise, crowded spaces, and varying temperatures. Ability to multitask efficiently and respond quickly to customer needs.
