We're looking for a Bartender who knows how to make a great drink, create genuine connections with guests, and keep the bar moving while still making it feel effortless. What You'll Do Create a welcoming, energetic bar experience for every guest Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages consistently and efficiently Learn our beverage and food menus and confidently make recommendations Provide full food service to guests seated at the bar Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service Work closely with servers and the kitchen to keep service running smoothly Maintain quality and hospitality standards even during high-volume rushes Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards What We're Looking For Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Organized, dependable, and able to multitask without losing attention to detail Interest in cocktails, wine, food, and Italian culinary tradition A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome
