Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including craft beers, cocktails, wines, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote our beverage offerings Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems processing orders efficiently and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Develop new beverage recipes and suggest menu enhancements to keep offerings fresh and exciting Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; coordinate with management for stock replenishment Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations Skills Extensive knowledge of cocktail mixing, mixology techniques, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer styles Proven experience with POS systems for processing sales and cash handling Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds in a fine dining or casual setting Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and beverage recipe development Previous restaurant or bar management experience is a plus; experience in hospitality industry roles enhances your ability to thrive here Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a lively, positive attitude throughout shifts Apply today at info@nh44brew.com and be part of a growing local brewery with a loyal community.
