ResQ BBQ in Leesburg, VA is looking for bartenders to join our team. We are a full-service sit down restaurant located at 528B E. Market St. and we will have a full bar, Liquor, Beer & Wine and a large collection of whiskey. We are looking to fill 5 to 6 shifts. Some shifts require the bartender to also cover the seating section. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages Interact with customers, take orders, serve food and drinks Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present specialty drinks Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Qualifications Proven working experience as a bartender or willingness to learn.
