Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to provide an excellent guest dining experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Seeking someone with availability in the afternoons during the week and weekends.Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Prepare signature ECW+G cocktails (they are easy and delicious!)
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Responsible for completing MAC and side work daily
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food and beverage safety regulations
Skills:
- Resume and proven working experience as a server/bartender
- Proficiency in using TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to keep the dining room and bar organized, stocked and clean
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with food handling procedures in compliance with health and safety standards
- Strong sales skills to promote specials and upsell menu items
- Experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant settings is a plus
- Ability to handle cash registers and process payments accurately
