Bartender

Looking to hire an experianced bartender who has been in the industry and understands how to see the whole restaurant. We are a small hometown bar that has a great regular crowd with new faces all the time. We have amazing food and an overall family enviroment. Will probably need to talk in person to be able to give you the complete infomation of what is expected of you and what is expected of us. This position has opportunities to move into a bartender/manager role Summary As a Bartender, you will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service in our establishment. Your core skills in bartending, food safety, and POS systems will enable you to craft beverages, serve patrons, and maintain a clean bar area. Join us to be a vital part of our vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Process transactions using POS systems, Toast, while providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service and address customer needs. Handle cash and manage inventory. Qualifications Proven bartending experience with a strong focus on customer service Proficiency in using POS systems, including Toast Knowledge of food safety and handling practices Excellent time management and collaboration skills Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Solid background in the food industry
