Bowl-B-Q Smokehouse & Bar, a full service BBQ restaurant, is looking to add 1-2 servers/bartenders to our team. We are a small, passionate restaurant that focuses on quality, creativity, and hospitality. At Bowl-B-Q, we take pride in doing things the right way. We smoke our own meats, prepare our food fresh and to order, and make as much as possible in-house (we even hand cut our fries!). Our bar program focuses on bourbon (over 300), fun, experimental cocktails using fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. We run a small crew for each service, so every team member plays an important role. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and appreciates being part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing friendly, attentive service to guests Taking food and drink orders and delivering them efficiently Assisting with craft cocktails and bar service when needed Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Working collaboratively with a small team What we're looking for: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Ability to work well with a small team Previous serving or bartending experience is a plus, but not required for the right person Must be 21 years of age or older
