Mix drinks and craft cocktails according to standard recipes while maintaining high quality and presentation standards. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management and multitasking skills. Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cashiering duties, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including wine pairings or specialty drinks, to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain a lively atmosphere in nightclubs or special events by engaging with guests professionally and responsibly. Uphold all food industry regulations related to serving alcohol responsibly and ensuring guest safety. Assist in setting up banquet spaces or catering events as needed, contributing to the overall success of each occasion. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, banquets, or catering environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Experience working in hospitality settings that require multitasking under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for nightlife or special events. Nice-to-have skills include retail math proficiency, brewing knowledge, experience with serving at nightclubs or banquet events, and familiarity with catering operations.
