We are looking for an engaging and skilled Bartender to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, preparing both classic and innovative cocktails, and providing top-tier service to our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience, providing personalized recommendations when appropriate. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end while managing retail math and basic math calculations. Support food service operations by serving snacks or small plates during busy hours, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, including catering events or large parties. Skills Proven experience in fine dining establishments or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or banquet halls. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a lively yet professional atmosphere. Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for quick order entry and cash handling.
