Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team in an elevated, guest-facing corporate café and bar setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting high-quality cocktails, engaging with guests, and maintaining a polished, professional bar environment. As a Bartender, you will be a key ambassador of the space, delivering warm, reliable, and detail-oriented service. Who Are You? An experienced bartender with strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails Skilled at preparing drinks with precision, consistency, and efficiency Professional and polished in both demeanor and presentation Passionate about hospitality and creating positive guest experiences Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging service to corporate tenants and guests Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service Follow all safety, sanitation, and Illinois liquor compliance standards Assist with bar opening and closing duties, including restocking and light cleaning Support overall café operations by collaborating with teammates as needed Uphold the professionalism and service standards of the space at all times Communicate proactively with the General Manager when inventory is running low or reorders are needed Assist with monthly bar inventory counts and inventory organization Qualifications Previous bartending experience required; corporate, hotel, or upscale experience preferred Strong understanding of cocktail techniques, spirits, wine, and beer Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced yet professional environment Professional appearance and demeanor TABC certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Evening Shift (Preferred) Ability to
