Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing an outstanding experience for our guests in a vibrant atmosphere. Your expertise in the art of mixology, along with your knowledge of food handling and hospitality, will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Create innovative cocktail recipes that reflect current trends and enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Engage with guests to provide recommendations and answer questions about drink offerings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Experience Previous experience in a mixology or bartending role within the food industry is preferred. Knowledge of fine dining service standards and hospitality best practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a fast-paced environment. A passion for creating unique drink experiences that delight customers.
