Bartender/Server

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender/Server, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will shine! In this lively role, you'll craft delicious beverages, serve food with enthusiasm, and create memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for candidates who can handle high volume, high stress & high heat! Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery and exceptional customer service. Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to process payments accurately. Engage with guests to promote sales of beverages and menu items while providing knowledgeable recommendations. Ability to upsell effectively is a huge plus! Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their experience and address any concerns promptly to uphold high service standards. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Ability to perform retail math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately. Previous experience is ideal, but not a requirement!
