Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and responsible serving practices, especially in nightclub or late-night settings. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during events like banquets or catering functions. Skills Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
