Ability to arrive for scheduled shifts on time and ready to make the most of the day, everyday. To anticipate the needs of guests and staff alike, and to help where help is needed. Position Overview The Bartender at Mountain Lake Lodge is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while creating a welcoming and engaging guest experience. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service Engage guests in a warm, welcoming manner Beverage Preparation & Execution Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Maintain consistency and quality of beverages Verify proper identification for alcohol service Bar Operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar Stock liquor, beer, wine, and supplies Monitor inventory levels Cash Handling & POS Process orders using POS system Handle cash and credit transactions Compliance & Safety Follow all alcohol laws and regulations Adhere to health and safety standardsJob Type:
