Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beer, non-alcoholic beverages and food with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS system Clover for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dinning area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts while managing inventory levels to minimize waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations for bills and tips. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service. Experience in catering or food service industries that require excellent serving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and accurate billing. Knowledge of brewing techniques or the food industry is a plus but not required.
