Full Job Description About Us:

River City Roll is Richmond's boutique bowling alley featuring craft cocktails, delicious food, and live entertainment. We're looking for an energetic and dependable Friday-Saturday night Barback to support our bar team and help keep service running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and bar supplies Maintain clean and organized bar areas throughout the shift Change kegs and refill ice bins as needed Bus and reset bar tops Support bartenders during peak hours to ensure prompt guest service Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced setting Team player with good communication skills Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required Must be 21+ and available to work Friday and Saturday nights. If you're hardworking, reliable, and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to have you on our team!
