This position requires a genuine love of hospitality, food and beverage, along with strong cocktail skills, wine knowledge, and the ability to deliver efficient, accurate service in a busy environment. Our bartenders are expected to know what they are serving and be able to talk about it—whether recommending a wine with dinner, describing a featured cocktail, suggesting a spirit or helping a member discover something new. Just as importantly, they must be able to deliver that experience with warmth and personality while maintaining the speed and consistency expected in a busy Club environment. Experience & Qualifications 2-3 years of previous bartending experience required; high-volume restaurant, hotel or private club experience a plus Strong working knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, beer and wine Comfortable discussing wine varietals, regions, styles and basic food and wine pairings Genuine interest in food and the ability to speak confidently about menus, ingredients and pairings Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple drink orders while maintaining quality and attention to detail Experience with a restaurant POS system preferred
