Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds seamlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cashing out customers accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth service. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering to coordinate food and beverage service smoothly. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role, Familiarity with POS system Toast transaction processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving regulations. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements accurately. Experience working in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred; nightclub or catering experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting.
