The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests receive top-notch service. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Engage with guests to provide excellent guest relations, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Upsell drink specials and menu items to enhance the guest experience. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with food preparation as needed, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or as a bartender is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest services skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Must be of legal drinking age according to state regulations.
