Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily bar activities, manage a team of bartenders, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and beverage quality. Your energetic leadership will create a lively atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all bar staff, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards Oversee daily operations including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols Train and mentor bartenders on drink preparation, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, customer service excellence, and food handling procedures Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for all financial activities Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and health department standards Foster a lively yet professional environment by engaging with guests, promoting sales, and encouraging repeat business Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless food and beverage pairing during events like banquets or catering functions Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles with a focus on bartending, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and retail math is preferred Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to lead a team with effective training, motivation, and conflict resolution skills Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and beverage regulations Prior experience in brewing or the food industry is advantageous; knowledge of catering or event service is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create memorable guest experiences through engaging interactions Join us as a Bartender Manager where your energy fuels our vibrant atmosphere!
