Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately with attention to detail. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during shifts, including catering or banquet events if applicable. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. Support team members during busy nightclub or restaurant hours to ensure smooth operations. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to streamline order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with food industry regulations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Previous banquet, catering, or retail math experience is a plus for managing large groups or event setups.
