Bartender - 2.0 Virginia Beach, VA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $200 - $400 a day 11 hours ago Qualifications Serving Teamwork Guest relations Bar setup Cash register Full Job Description Ocean's 14 , Ocean's Ole, Ocean's and ZZAS | Virginia Beach Oceanfront We're hiring experienced bartenders to with open availability. Ideally looking to fill a mix of morning and night shifts, including weekends across all locations. If you're fast, guest-focused, consistent behind the bar, and thrive in a high-volume environment, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining guests Interact with guests, take orders, and provide a memorable experience Make recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge Mix, garnish, and execute cocktails with consistency and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar (prep, restock, replenish supplies) Follow all alcohol compliance, safety, and food & beverage regulations Work as part of a team in a fast-paced service environment What We're Looking For Bartending experience required (high-volume and/or upscale casual preferred) Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Positive attitude with excellent communication and people skills Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and move efficiently Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork Comfortable using POS systems / basic computer skills Second language and certifications are a plus Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling required, including weekends and some holidays
