Position Overview We're looking for energetic, dependable, and organized Barbacks to support our bartenders and keep our beverage operations running smoothly. As a Barback at The Brunch Company, you'll play an important role in creating an efficient, well-organized bar and delivering an exceptional guest experience. From keeping supplies stocked to preparing fresh garnishes and maintaining a clean workspace, your work will help our beverage team deliver consistent quality throughout busy breakfast, lunch, and brunch services. Previous barback or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. We're happy to consider motivated individuals who bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Support bartenders throughout service to ensure efficient beverage preparation and service Keep the bar fully stocked with beverages, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other essential supplies Prepare fresh fruit garnishes and beverage ingredients according to established standards Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar stations Wash, polish, and organize glassware as needed Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating beverage deliveries Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the bar and service areas Work closely with bartenders, servers, and management to maintain smooth operations during busy brunch rushes Take initiative and anticipate the needs of the bar team before supplies run low What We're Looking For Previous barback, bartending, or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required A strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Dependability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor Ability to stay productive and focused in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a willingness to help wherever needed Availability for mornings, weekends, and brunch shifts Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry supplies as required Willingness to follow food safety, sanitation, and applicable alcohol service regulations Why Join The Brunch Company?
