Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the bar's menu innovation efforts. Manage bar inventory efficiently, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest ages in compliance with legal requirements. Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or hospitality industry settings, with strong cocktail mixing skills. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions swiftly. Knowledge of beverage recipe development, spirits, wine, brewing, and craft beer trends. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Food handling certification and adherence to food safety standards are required. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
