Position Overview:
We're looking for personable, professional, and reliable Bartenders to join our team for the 2025 summer-fall season . This seasonal position offers a mix of restaurant, tavern, and wedding/event bar shifts , making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in both fast-paced service and guest engagement.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient bar service in the Tavern, Dining Room, and during weddings/events Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes and guest preferences Set up and break down bars for weddings and banquets, including mobile bars Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and event coordinators Manage tabs, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling Ensure a positive guest experience through warm hospitality and professional service Follow Vermont liquor laws and maintain TIPS compliance
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or event setting required Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails Ability to multitask and remain calm and friendly during busy service Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays VT DLC certification (or willingness to obtain) required Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
